3-day biography workshop for adults
5-day fun camp for children
3-day whole family camping trip (full)
The pace of life in Hong Kong is incredibly fast, but the disruptions brought by Covid-19 has forced many of us to re-examine our lifestyle. As our travel options this holiday season is drastically curtailed, we invite you to spend your time differently, to explore more profound topics and ponder deeper questions that can rejuvenate our everyday life.
In parallel with the workshops for adults, we are also offering a fun camp for children aged 3 to 11 – a mindful, active way for the little ones to enjoy the holidays!
May choose from: adults only, children only, or adults plus children together. Scroll down for details!
Adults' workshop
Biography and social art
In fact the law of karma is the most consoling law there is. Just as it is true that nothing exists without a cause, so it is equally true that nothing existing remains without its effects. I may be born in poverty and misery; my abilities may be very limited; yet what I do must produce its effect, and whatever I accomplish now, by way of industry or moral activity, will certainly have its effect in later lives.
December 13 to 15 (Mon to Wed), 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Open to all
In the modern age of pandemics, individuals and communities need to find a way of understanding ones own destiny and to forge a new path of working and living together.
Every life has a purpose and there are clues of deeper meaning woven into our day to day experiences; yet we are often too busy to see patterns.
Through working on ones own biography, it is possible to gain a deeper understanding of human development.
We should learn to experience our life as capable of development – not only in youth but throughout the whole span between birth and death.
The exploration will touch on topics such as:
- Psychological changes in seven year phases and human life cycle
- How destiny unfolds in individual biography
- Turning points
- Mirroring of phases
- Temperaments
Children's fun camp
December 13 to 17 (Mon to Fri), 9 am to 3 pm
Open to IWS & IWTT children only
We aim at providing a balanced experience of doing, feeling and thinking in a way that stimulates (unplugged!) fun, creativity and a sense of well-being. Each day will be a joyful journey through imaginative play, circle games, songs and stories.
For children with parents participating in the Adult Workshop, they will enjoy having fun with friends while being in close proximity to their loved ones!
Children aged 3 to 7 will enjoy a harmonious environment where rhythm and structure encourage opportunities for play and artistic activities. Older children from 8 to 11 will be given more freedom to choose their own activities at school.
Please note that we will not supply lunch; children should bring their own lunch.
Whole family camping

At night we will enjoy the warmth of camp fire and each other’s company!
