A six part series designed to introduce parents to Rudolf Steiner’s self development toolkit.

Registration is now closed. Thank you for your interest.

Rudolf Steiner

The aim of these workshops is to help interested parents learn more about calming their inner world to become more mindful in the outer world.

This calming approach explores the paradox between our inner and outer environment to support the challenging job of being a parent.

Each workshop in turn will look at:

  • Control of thoughts
  • Control of will
  • Control of feeling
  • Developing positivity
  • Developing open-mindedness, and
  • Developing inner harmony

The workshops will be conducted by our principal Julie Peterson in an informal small group setting at the Island Waldorf School campus.

February 8, March 1, April 19, May 10, May 31, June 14 (Thursdays)

NEW: Re-run of 1st workshop on February 27 (Tuesday)
Participants may then join the rest of the series
