Children’s physical fitness can be enhanced with appropriate trainings. It is a measure of the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist diseases, and to meet emergency situations.
What we try to achieve is to work with the coordination of the nervous system, sense of balance, speed of running, lung capacity, jumping ability, flexibility, and reflexes.
The basics of various ball games will also be taught, such as ping pong, football, basketball, and badminton.

- In the event of a tropical cyclone/typhoon signal 3 or above, or a red or black rainstorm warning, all classes will be suspended. No make-up sessions or refunds will be issued in this instance.
